New template: staff induction and local policies.
Ostify agents are no longer only for patients and the public. Teams can now build an agent for their own staff.
Until now, every Ostify template has faced outwards: condition support and procedure preparation for patients, and study information for research participants. Today we are adding a fourth template, built for staff.
What it does
Upload your local policies and guidelines, and new and existing staff can find what they need through a simple chat interface, any time of day. Instead of searching a policy library during a night shift, a new starter can ask who to escalate to, or where the chaperone policy lives, and get an answer drawn only from your approved documents.
The same safeguards
Staff-facing agents are built, evaluated and reviewed in the same way as every other Ostify agent. They answer only from content you have approved, and they say so when your documents do not cover a question.
Three audiences, colour-coded
Templates are now grouped by who they serve: patient-facing, public-facing and staff-facing. You can see all four on our templates section.
