What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect through this website, ostify.co.uk, and through the enquiries, feedback and applications to work with us that you send.

Use of the product, and any processing of personal or health data it involves, is governed by the agreement and data processing terms we put in place with each customer. Please contact us for that information before providing any personal or clinical data through a product workflow.

Information collected when you visit the website
- Technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the date and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.

Our analytics service is configured not to keep your full IP address.
- Your cookie choice. We store whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies in your browser, so we don’t ask you again on every page.
We do not use the website to collect special category data, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your interests and rights and concluded that the processing is proportionate. You can ask us for more detail about this assessment.
We will not send you marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
