The terms that apply when you use ostify.co.uk. Please read them before using the website.

About these terms
This website, ostify.co.uk, is operated by Ostify Health Ltd (“Ostify”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17433177, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
These terms set out how you may use the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms apply to the website only. Access to and use of the Ostify product, and any paid service, are governed by a separate agreement between Ostify and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.
Not medical advice
Content on this website describes Ostify’s software and services for healthcare professionals and organisations. It is general information only. It is not medical or clinical advice, and it must not be relied on to make decisions about the diagnosis, treatment or care of any person.
Product screenshots, example conversations and demonstrations are illustrative. They do not show real patient information and are not evidence of clinical outcomes.
If you need medical help, contact a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999.
Product information
We work to keep information about our product, plans and services accurate and up to date, but it may change as the product develops. Some features and services described on this website are planned and not yet available; we indicate this where it applies.
- Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to supply a product or service, or a confirmed launch date or price.
- References to clinical safety standards, assessment frameworks or regulatory requirements (such as DCB0129 or DTAC) describe how our product and services are designed to support that work. They do not mean that any agent built with Ostify has been assessed, certified or approved.
- Responsibility for deciding whether, where and how to deploy an agent with patients remains with the organisation deploying it, as set out in the applicable agreement.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation to buy from us. We aim to reply to every enquiry, but we cannot guarantee a response time.
Do not send patient information, health information or other confidential clinical details through the website or by email. See our privacy policy for how we handle the information you send.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;

We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, graphics, product screenshots, artwork, software and design. These rights are protected by law around the world.
You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference, or to evaluate Ostify within your organisation. You must not modify the material, use any illustrations, screenshots or graphics separately from the accompanying text, or use any part of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Ostify name and logo, and the names Osteoblast, Osteoclast and Osteocite, identify our products and services. You must not use them without our permission. Third-party materials on the website, such as typefaces, are used under their own licences.

Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
