Keeping your agent up to date.
An agent is only as good as the content behind it.
Name an owner
Decide who is responsible for the agent’s content before it goes live. When a leaflet or policy changes, that person updates the agent.
Update at the source
When your service changes a document, upload the new version and retire the old one. Review the new passages and approve them as you did the first time.
Changes go back for review
Changing content or key settings sends a live agent back for review before the change reaches anyone. This keeps what people see in step with what has been approved.
Set a review date
Even when nothing obvious has changed, look over your content at regular intervals, as you would any patient information. A date in the diary is easier to keep than a good intention.
