Sharing your agent with the people it serves.
Your agent only helps if people know it is there.
Your link
Once your agent passes review, you receive a dedicated link. That link is how patients, staff or the public reach your agent, so put it wherever they already look.
Places that work
- Appointment and pre-procedure letters
- The leaflets your agent is built from
- Text messages and emails your service already sends
- Your service’s web page
- For staff agents: your induction pack and team channels
Make it easy on paper
For printed letters and leaflets, add a QR code that opens the link, with a short line explaining what it is for, such as “Questions about your colonoscopy? Ask our assistant any time.”
Say what it is, and what it is not
Tell people it answers from your service’s approved information, and who to contact for anything personal or urgent. Clear expectations make the agent more useful and safer.
Learn from the pilot
During your pilot, notice what people ask that your content does not cover. Those questions are the best guide to what to add next.
