Why there is a review
No agent built on Ostify reaches patients, staff or the public until it has passed an individual Ostify review. The review is quicker when everything below is ready.
A checklist
- Your content is current, and every passage the agent uses is approved.
- Your own never-rules are written and tested.
- An evaluation run is complete, and you and at least one other clinician have reviewed every answer.
- Your assurance documents are drafted, read and signed.
- Your clinical safety officer has signed off the agent.
- You know who will be responsible for keeping the content up to date.
After you submit
We review your agent and come back to you. Once approved, you receive a link to share with the people it is for. If you later change content or key settings, the agent comes back for review before the change goes live.
