02 · What a conversation costs
About 65 conversations for £1.
After your pilot allowance, you pay for the messages your agent answers. A message is one question and its answer.

- About 65 conversations of 12 messages for £1That is under 2p per patient for a full conversation. Shorter conversations cost less.

- The AI’s reading and writingFor every message, the agent rereads its instructions and the passages from your content that fit, then writes a reply. Longer passages and longer answers cost a little more, shorter ones a little less.

How is the review priced?
It is free if your agent is accepted for Osticellerate. If not, it is a one-off fee, typically £800–£1,000, depending on the size and scope of your agent. We will quote before we start. If you change your content or key settings, the agent is reviewed again before patients see the change.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing beyond the review. Approval comes with your own link and a generous allowance of messages.
What happens when my pilot allowance runs out?
You top up in advance, at about 65 conversations of 12 messages for £1. Nothing is charged automatically.
What is Osticellerate?
